Old liao old liao...Happy happy day...went to run in the evening and manage to get a 13min out of the 2.4km run. Looks like I'll be back at 12min+ in no time! Wee~~
I realize you need some sort of leverage, else you'll give up very easily. Like, tell yourself, "If I don't get this timing, I will be subjected to XXX". Of course the timing must be practical also. But giving yourself some sort of stipulation (even though it might not happen) is usually enough to give you the willpower to run even when you're out of breath.
After that went to causeway to walk around, see games and stuff. Saw a bunch of uncles crowdnig around the electronic store......to watch......the TV...which was showing......National Day Parade! (And it's President Arrival)
What the......so Patriotic? Anyway, like one of my friend said, few years ago National Day, you see red everywhere and almost every household were hanging their flags. Now...you only see a few here and there scattered around, and the first impression is that they must be "RC member". Haha...
Watch the National Parade (a little) on TV, and caught the Fireworks...wah...The Fireworks Festival one is totally cannot compare (although it was longer) to National Day Parade one. NDP is super spammed. I wonder how many millions they spent on that 3 minutes long fireworks.
