Just to share some interesting songs with everyone...

And what I think of them.

Just my 2 cents worth.

1. Great Melody + Bad Lyrics

This is a PERFECT example - A potential great song RUINED by terrible lyrics.

The melody is nice & melochanic, but the lyrics is just so crude... and so... "raw".

”今天早上被老板叫去。。。薪水减半“

”女朋友要的 LV， GUCCI”

“屋子还在跟银行贷款”

O-o

Seriously?

If you don't look it up, you might even thought this is one of those "parody song". But no, this is legitimate.

Argh... I still can't get over why he want to use those lines.

Don't get me wrong - this song is still very nice, just that the lyrics doesn't do it justice!!!



2. Great Verse + Mediocore Chorus

1 of Fish's most popular song. Many will disagree on this one, but my personal opinion is:

(Verse) Great:

我活了, 我爱了, 我都不管了　
心爱到疯了恨到算了就好了
可能的　可以的　真的可惜了
幸福好不容易怎么你却不敢了呢

(Bridge) Superb:

我还以为我们能, 不同于别人
我还以为不可能的, 不会不可能 <-- So touching.

(Chorus) Bad/Mediocore:

你的姿态你的青睐, 我存在在你的存在
你以为爱就是被爱, 你挥霍了我的崇拜

Personally, I just don't like the chorus (melody). It feels like 3 notches below and disconnected from the rest.
