The "Final" Week

Well... this is "technically" the final week of the semester as all the lectures are now completed. What's left over are just "bits and pieces" of tutorial and the dreaded Lab Test...

...

This is probably my happiest week of the semester~ cause everything seems to be going really well~

In The Class:

Computer Systems
Sometimes, I really think we are over "underestimating" this module...

Logic Design
I'm actually most worried about this one...

Yes, even more than Maths. From like Tutorial 6 or something onwards, I could barely do any of the questions.

During this week tutorial, Dr Chan asked, "So, which questions do you have problem with?"

And we replied, "Everything".

Guess what's her reaction?

She laughed and said, "Everything? As Usual."

...

Geez... --_--'

Yes. I just realized we haven't been able to do the tutorials for like 5 tutorials in a row.

Data Structures Programming
"Wahahaha.... those fools! Let them enjoy for the moment!

Let them laugh for now...

Wahahaha... They shall all die at Lab 9~! They shall be crushed like ants!

And I will have the last laugh...

Wahahahahahaha..." (Mentality of mysterious boss)

Discrete Maths
Definitely the main character of the week with the quiz looming like a shadow over everyone...

Luckily, my "4 hours recursion Marathon" didn't go to waste...

I think I finally understood why Dr Shi said Recursion is a fun topic!

Don't doubt it~

Recursion Rocks!

Foundation Maths
Dr Woo came back to distribute our quiz results!

Strangely... this time round, we all realized how good he is. He seems to be such a better lecturer now compared to 6 weeks ago...

I wondered why...?

...

The last lecture was incredibly entertaining. The first thing he did when I took over was to turn on the Interactive Lecture System (as expected), and you can literally see messages FLOOD in.

"Welcome back, Dr Woo!"
"You are so handsome, can you give me A please?"
"This quiz will pull down my grades!"
"Siao Liao..."
"GG.com"
"Copy and paste rocks!"
"Is the exam open book? Can I bring notebook?"
"Can I bring you to the exam hall?"
"I love you can you please give me the answers?"
"Jiam Tao FTW!"
"OMGWTF?!"

And lots and lots of funny stuff. There were even some extremely "flirtatious" messages which I think made him kinda paiseh... (He tries very hard to "overlook" them) LOL.

I was really tempted to message "Can you come back to teach us Calculus?" at that moment...

He discussed his marking scheme, went through the quiz questions with us, etc... At one point he said this...

"You can see that this quiz is purposely set that most of you can answer part A to part C. I know in this kind of environment, you all tends 'look down, look left, look right and look everywhere.' Please don't feel bad if you can't do part D. I purposely set it so that even when you "look left and look right", most of the pages will be blank."

Which made everyone burst out in laughter. Wahahaha... I think this may be the most entertaining lecture so far in school~

Anyway....

Really contented with my results. Really thought I flopped the quiz... What a huge relief when I saw the results.
